Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect upon receipt of the order.

Minimum Order
Orders placed via phone or fax, less than $50.00, will be subject to a $10.00 charge. Orders placed online have a $20.00 minimum. Transfers orders are minimum 3 pieces per design.

Backorders
Backorders may be created for 36 pieces or more unless otherwise requested.

Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% deposit and are not subject to cancellation or return.

Credit Terms
Unless otherwise arranged, terms are COD CASH. Visa MasterCard and American Express are also accepted. COD shipments may be paid for by company cheque only upon arrangement with our credit manager. If you wish to establish a NET 30 DAYS account you must complete and sign our credit application and return it for approval. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to establish credit. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service charge. Credit privileges will be re-evaluated at that time. All overdue accounts will be charged interest at the rate of 2% per month (24% per annum).

Return Policy
All sales are final. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. If you need to return goods for any reason you must first obtain prior authorization from our Customer Service Dept. All returns must clearly display our return authorization number on the outside of the package. Packages that do not display the proper RA# will be refused. Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Warranty
The liability of the manufacturer or distributor is limited to the replacement of it's product which contains manufacturing defects. This warranty constitutes the sole liability of the manufacturer or distributor with respect to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, obligations, rights or representations, whether expressed or implied, and whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. No representative of the manufacturer or distributor has any authority to offer any warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.
